Yes I know this is Count Von Count from Sesame Street fame. He's that Count to the untrained eye. To the people who know in the street scene, this is Count Vacula. He has an extremely idiotic accent which makes anything he says beyond stupid. He is known for his compliments and nice gestures and recently converted to Romanian rapper.
